At Proper Garage Co., we aim to keep shipping simple, clear, and reliable.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping on qualifying orders.

Delivery Times

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Distance from our fulfillment location

  • Seasonal shipping volume

We do our best to get orders out quickly, but transit times are ultimately determined by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through standard domestic carriers such as USPS and other comparable services, depending on the size and destination of the order.

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Proper Garage Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned due to address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me at sam@propergarageco.com as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
